2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kodhobari P.S. Case No. 28. of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363. 365 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. One Sartaj Alam is the main accused in the present case. The petitioner is the driver who is alleged to have taken the victim to his house. The petitioner is in jail since 10.06.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59524 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Kishanganj in connection with Kodhobari P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024.
