The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016 dated 09.06.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Three unknown miscreants snatched the motorcycle and personal belongings of the informant. Later, one Amar Das Yadav, a co-accused was arrested by the police, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as well. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016. The petitioner has been made accused in several cases of similar nature, but considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the fact that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56807 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 to him.

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016, G.R. No. 873 of 2016.
