JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 Secretary, Public Health and Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna are present, respectively. Their presence were directed on account of nonrepresentation of opposite party on 04.07.2016. It has been submitted on behalf of G.A.-9 that show-cause at an earlier occasion dated 30.06.2016 had already been placed disclosing the fact that after dismissal of L.P.A. no. 576 of 2012, the matter has been taken up and all kinds of grievances of the petitioner along with others occupying the same cadre, redressed and pursuant thereof, payment has already been done.

Patna High Court MJC No.1591 of 2012 (6) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 Today also, supplementary show-cause has been filed reiterating the same facts.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and on account thereof whatever been asserted at the end of opposite parties, is found uncontroverted.

That being so, the instant petition has become infructuous and is accordingly, dropped.
