Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 341, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that informant and his brother were assaulted with regard to a dispute of playing cricket. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and injuries have been found of marginal size to five persons of the informant's side and five persons of the petitioner's side also. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.46738 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
