JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion was raised against him. Moreover, in course of investigation, some co-accused were arrested and they confessed their guilt leading to recovery of dead body and other articles of the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Jai Jai Ram Sahni and Mukesh Sahni have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and so far as petitioner is concerned, except the confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7599 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Session Judge, III, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No.330 of 2015, arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015.
