The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354(B), 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged by the informant that she along with Punam Kumari had gone outside to attend the call of nature where accused-petitioner attempted to commit rape upon her. The matter was investigated by the police and police found that no case under Section 376 and 511 of the IPC is made out and submitted chargesheet against the petitioner under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354(A) and 354(B) of the IPC. Petitioner is in custody since, 26.09.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.469 of 2018(2) dt.23-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Araria in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017.
