The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 301 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 216 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Dalan of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 1.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
