Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 113 of 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55754 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 submitted that the victim herself has stated that she has solemnized her marriage with co-accused Anand Mohan Kumar. The petitioners are family members of co-accused Anand Mohan Kumar and it was the reason that they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the fact that the victim herself has stated that she has solemnized her marriage with co-accused Anand Mohan Kumar, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 113 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
