ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017 in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No.468 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the attack was made on the deceased by one Md. Shakil and Md. Amanat, but not by the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents and at best, the petitioner can be said to be present as a group at the place of occurrence.

Having considered the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18887 of 2018 (3) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No.468 of 2017.
