JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal against refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019.

In the event of surrender and on prayer for regular bail by the appellants Bhutak Yadav, Manoj Yadav and Garbhu Yadav, their prayer for bail shall be considered on its own merit specially considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against them.
