2. The present contempt application has been filed asserting the non compliance of the order dated 24.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14966 of 2012 which was disposed of alongwith C.W.J.C. No.15151 of 2012 by a common order dated 24.09.2012 in the light of the order dated 30.08.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11059 of 2012 alongwith its analogous cases.

3. Learned SC-27 appearing on behalf State submits that in compliance of the order dated 24.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14966 of 2012 which was disposed of alongwith C.W.J.C. No.15151 of 2012 by a common order dated 24.09.2012 in the light of the order dated 30.08.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11059 of 2012 alongwith its analogous cases, which is under contempt, the petitioner has joined on the post of Panchayat Teacher in the concerned school on 06.02.2014 and her joining has been accepted with effect from 06.02.2014, which would appear from the 3rd supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that in compliance of the order under contempt, the petitioner has joined on the post of Panchayat Teacher on 06.02.2014 in the concerned School in pursuance of the letter issued by the Block Development Officer, Barari Block, Katihar, but her salary is being paid since 06.02.2014.
5. Since the order under contempt has been complied with, no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite party(s). Accordingly, this contempt application stands disposed of. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, she may take legal recourse in accordance with law before the appropriate forum for redressal of the same. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
