JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have not worked according to the estimate, as such tap water did not reach to 30-40 houses.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that now they have worked as per the direction of Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer. Heard learned APP also.
In view of above facts and circumstances, this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53968 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to show the documents before the court below that they have completed the work as per direction of Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer. Once the court is satisfied with the same, the petitioners, on surrender, shall be released on bail by the court below itself, otherwise petitioners have to surrender and pray for regular bail.
