Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with others applied for being appointed as Block Teacher on the basis of a forged T.E.T. qualification certificate. Though, it was found that the petitioner was never qualified.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not actually appointed as Block Teacher and petitioner is a lady.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12875 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 Considering the fact that the petitioner was not actually appointed on the basis of alleged forged certificate and petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
