The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-aa), 25(1-ac), 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the learned Court below.

As per the F.I.R., Police has seized the arms and other articles from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner has no concern with said house in question because petitioner after death of his father he started living separately and is doing tent business and is maintaining his family. He further submits that petitioner has one criminal

Per contra, learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature, hence he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is allegation against the petitioner that he is manufacturing the arms in the house, I am not inclined the enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.129/2022. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
