Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the First Information Report nor there is any specific allegation against him. The case was registered against unknown. In Course of investigation two persons, Sharma Kumar and Chhotelal Kumar were apprehended in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 and the said persons on interrogation confessed the complicity of crime and disclosed the name of this petitioner. This petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62836 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 custody since 18.09.2017. It has further been submitted that the co-accuseds have divulged the name of this petitioner on account of earlier enmity.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S.
