By way of the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.663/2013 dated 07.10.2013 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
