The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti PS case no. 48 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is killing her husband in conspiracy with one Binesh Kr. Sao in view of the illicit relation between the petitioner and the said Binesh Kr. Sao. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case diary would reveal that except suspicion, there is no material so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.01.2018 and she is having a clean antecedent.

No.20702 of 2018 (7) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Barachatti PS case no. 48 of 2018.
