Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,379,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. The stolen motorcycle was not recovered from possession of the petitioner. Submission is that only material is criminal antecedent of the petitioner and statement of co-accused against the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
