2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 140(3), 87, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that on 11.04.2025, this petitioner abducted the daughter of informant.

4. During investigation, victim girl was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. before the I.O. and under Section 183 B.N.S.S. before the Magistrate wherein she has stated that this petitioner abducted her and thereafter, established physical relation against her will on false promise of marriage.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statements
