1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 29 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. It is next submitted that Sushil Kumar Singh @ Santu had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 58587 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 08.09.2025. It is next submitted that case of the petitioner is akin to the case of Sushil Kumar Singh @ Santu and thus based on parity seeks anticipatory bail.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the order dated 08.09.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 58587 of 2025 the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.

6. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his cousin brother, Rabish Kumar who has sworn the affidavit.

7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
