A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties stating therein that the order of this Court
Patna High Court MJC No.4402 of 2014 (5) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 dated 14.03.2014, has substantially been complied with. As regards payment of L.I.C. amount, it has been stated that the Corporation has written a letter for payment of L.I.C. amount forthwith on 13.04.2015.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that no case of intentional disobedience of this Court's order is made out, the same having been substantially complied with.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
