Mr. Sri Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No. 741 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife of the petitioner died due to accidental fire as fire caught her while cooking meal from the L.P.G.gas-stove.

Whereas learned counsel for the State submits that kerosene oil, as per the postmortem report, was found emanating from the dead body and within two years of marriage, done to death as demand of dowry was not fulfilled. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the nature of offence and petitioner being husband, the Court is not persuaded to grant him bail. So the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
