The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the informant being Officer Incharge of Chandradip police station on confidential information raided a place when the accused persons escaped from the scene after throwing country made pistol and double barrel gun. The petitioner and co accused Amar Singh were identified by the local chowkidar who escaped from the place of seizure. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33403 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Jamui. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
