This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Manpur P.S. Case No. 42/2015, disclosing offences under section 7 of the E.C.Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has drawn my attention to an order of this Court dated 20.1.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.

2423/2016, whereby in similar circumstance, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. He submits that the present First Information Report does not disclose violation of any provisions contained in any Control Order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7618 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 Considering the submissions, as above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in Manpur P.S.Case No. 42/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 428(2) of the Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/ court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
