2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2017 in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 416/2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the appointment of the petitioner was made on the basis of his matriculation certificate and without reference to the Up-Shastri (Intermediate) certificate from Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, vide Roll No. 1054, which was subsequently found forged.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel appearing for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21807 of 2018 (4) dt.26-04-2018 Vigilance on the other hand opposes the bail petition and submits on the basis of case dairy that the petitioner has enclosed a forged certificate of Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, vide Roll No. 1054, which was found to be forged and such certificate has been enclosed to claim the benefit of higher qualification. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
