2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 450 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusations of assault are general and omnibus in nature.

4. Learned APP submits on the basis of injury report in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53890 of 2019(4) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 the case diary that the injuries sustained by Nilam Devi is grievous in nature while opinion has been reserved in respect of two other persons for C.T. Scan report. It is therefore submitted that as many as three persons have been injured at the hands of the petitioners.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petition stands dismissed.
