2. The present application has been preferred for modification in the order dated 25/06/2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38358 of 2025 under section 528 of the B.N.S.S. on behalf of the petitioner above named, in connection with Amas Case No. 323 of 2024 craving modification to the extent of granting six-months-time, due to financial circumstances being faced by the petitioner.

3. Earlier on the undertaking of the petitioner that he is ready to pay Rs. 1,50,00,000/- to the informant, relief was granted.

4. Now, the present petition has been filed submitting that he is unable to pay Rs. 1,50,00,000/- in one go and as such it be bifurcated so that he can clear the amount.

5. Though, at first count, this Court was not inclined to modify the order , as an undertaking was given whereafter the relief was granted. However, since he has shown his bonafide to make the payment, the Court grants him another but last opportunity to pay the amount in the following manner: (i) Rs. 50,00,000/- at the time of execution of bail bond;

(ii) Rs.25,00,000/-each beginning October, 2025 and ending January, 2026 on 10th of every month;

(iii) failure to abide by the undertaking given, the informant shall be free to take immediate steps for cancellation of bail bond.

6. The order dated 25.06.2025 stands modified to the above extent.

7. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
