The petitioner is accused in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 329 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 504, 448 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that there is specific allegation against co-accused Ram Swarup Yadav and one Krishndev Prasad Yadav, who gave iron rod blow on the head of deceased Pankaj Kumar. Further submission is that there is only allegation against the petitioner that he gave iron rod blow on the head of the informant. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9270 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 custody since 08.09.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S.
