Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that the police recovered one country made pistol from possession of the petitioner and one live cartridge from possession of another co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only country made pistol is said to be recovered from possession of the petitioner but without any live cartridge and he has clean antecedent, moreover he is in custody since 15.07.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rajbali Paswan @ Rambali Paswan is directed to be
