====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23922 of 2023 by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in the bail application i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23922 of 2023, the name of the District of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as 'Begusarai' in place of 'Munger' and the same mistake has occurred in cause title of order dated 23.05.2023 by which the petitioner has been granted bail. The District of the petitioner is 'Munger'.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the modification application is allowed.

4. Let the name of the District of the petitioner appearing in the cause title of order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23922 of 2023 be read as 'Munger'

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63098 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 in place of 'Begusarai'.

5. The cause title of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23922 of 2023 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
