JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and APP for the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no question of abduction of the victim girl by the petitioner rather she married him on her own sweet will. Petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2017.

Counsel for the State submits that from perusal of the 164 Cr. P. C. statement of the girl, it is apparent that her age has been assessed as minor and the petitioner committed rape by forcibly marrying her.

In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
