JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the brother's wife of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of the marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and on conclusion of the investigation, final for (charge sheet) was submitted under Section 306 of the IPC.
