Petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From the FIR, it appears that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was one of the miscreants who snatched the motorcycle of the informant and fled away.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to enmity the petitioner has been named in the instant case. The petitioner and the informant were known from before as they are auto driver and driving auto on the same route.

No.23551 of 2018(4) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.
