Considering the allegation that the petitioner had given repeated Dabia blows to Jagdish Pandit who had incurred as many as seven incised wounds on different parts of his face or head, the Court is not inclined to direct the release of the petitioner on bail at this stage.
Prayer is dismissed.
As soon as the informant is examined in the trial Court, the petitioner shall be free to renew his prayer for bail before this Court in connection with K.Hat P.S.Case No.507 of 2014 pending in the Court of CJM, Purnea.
