Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

On search being made huge materials for preparation of country made liquor were recovered when Chaukidar named the accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that place of seizure belongs to the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34731 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna. Accordingly the application is disposed of.
