Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.30 of 2013, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.133 of 2014 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the third attempt of seeking bail by the petitioner and rejected twice earlier.

Allegation is that the petitioner raped eight years old child.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for last five years. The status report of the trial court indicates that the case is fixed for argument, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
