The petitioner seeks bail in Dumra P.S. Case No. 266 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and petitioner happens to be brother-in-law (nsoj) of the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against this petitioner. He is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
