2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59824 of 2023.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59324 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P.S.
