The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2019 in connection with Buxar (town) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 392 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, namely, Rahul Kumar @ Banty Yadav which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade till date.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54566 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019.
