This is an application seeking extension of time to surrender before the court below as directed vide order dated 16.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22855 of 2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 962 of 2012, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikraha at Motihari. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioners failed to surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period. Though it is not required but, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand only) each with District Legal Services Authority, Motihari, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 22nd January 2015.
