JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29263 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were outside State to earn their livelihood. Hence, they could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

Considering the fact that anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed on 08.02.2022 whereas the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61448 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 present modification petition has been filed 15.11.2022, this Court is not inclined to modify the order 08.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29263 of 2021.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
