In absence of petitioner, as alleged, on search, there happens to be seizure of 25 litres of spurious wine as well as 280 Kgs of Mahua Jawa on 15.01.2013 for which prosecution has been launched on 19.02.2013 without having cogent explanation. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider favourably in light of aforesaid facts.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
