The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of enticing away of Atima Kumari, minor daughter of the informant, by Noor Mohammad and Sraajuddin Ansari with the help of two others named in the FIR including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific over act has been attributed against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
