The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 452 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected earlier twice by this Court.
It would be apparent from the record that the petitioner is alleged to have ravished a minor girl aged about 14 years.
In that view of the matter, I find no reason to take a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10638 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2 / 2 different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
