Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of eight weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 448, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn as the petitioner had filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that the petitioner did not want to pursue the said anticipatory bail and sought for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67121 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 permission of this Court to withdraw the same. Considering the statement made in the supplementary affidavit, permission was accorded and the said anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn.

Today, the same petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019. Such conduct on the part of the petitioner is misuse of the process of the Court.

Hence, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the present anticipatory bail application. The same is dismissed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
