Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC. Allegedly, the petitioner got appointment on the post of Panchayat Siksha Mitra on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Allegations against the petitioner is false and concocted. It is further submitted that appointment of the petitioner is genuine on the basis of genuine documents. The petitioner is facing departmental proceeding and he has already been suspended and faced the departmental proceeding. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56537 of 2022(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the learned counsel undertakes before the court that before filing the bail bond, the petitioner will resign from the service, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Belhar P.S.
