JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got appointed as ANM on the basis of forged nursing certificates. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner still claims that her certificate is genuine. More over, the petitioner has been disengaged from service. Considering the fact that the petitioner is unmarried girl and has been disengaged from service, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
