The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that four miscreants tried to intercept the motorcycle of the informant. On case one of them namely Amarjeet Kumar Singh was apprehended, who disclosed the name of his associates. Hence, the First Information Report was lodged against Amarjeet Kumar Singh and three unknown.

Subsequently, during investigation the apprehended accused Amarjeet Kumar Singh named the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35292 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 petitioners that except the confession of Amarjeet Kumar Singh noting has been collected against the petitioner during investigation. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 391 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
