In this application, the petitioner is challenging an order dated 12.11.2013 passed in G.R. No. 468 of 2011 arising out of Phulparas P.S. Case No. 91 of 2011. The court has taken cognizance under Sections 171(E), 171(F) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the police have found illegal job cards available in his house of the petitioner. It appears that those job cards were kept for illegal purpose.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order dated 12.11.2013.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner is given liberty to raise all the points at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18105 of 2016 (3) dt.15-09-2016 the time of framing of charge.
