The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Complaint Petition No. 339C of 2014 and S.C. No. 874 of 2014 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be brother-inlaw of the complainant, has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is residing separately from the husband of the complainant, but only to give undue pressure, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
